Registration Fees

Notes:

• * All Participants of ICTMC-22 are required to register online and fill the information.
• * If you make a student registration, please bring your student ID on site.

Fees for Regular Participant include:

• Admission to all sessions
• Printed conference materials and souvenir
• Morning and Afternoon coffee & tea
• Three Lunches (September 10~12)
• Banquet
• Excursion

Fees for Student Participant include:

• Admission to all sessions
• Printed conference materials and souvenir
• Morning and Afternoon coffee & tea
• Three Lunches (September 10~12)
• Banquet

Fees for Accompanying Person include:

• Three Lunches (September 10~12)
• Banquet
• Excursion (under the condition that the person you come with has a regular registration)

Confirmation

The confirmation letter will be sent to you by email in three days after you complete the registration and pay the registration fee. Please present the confirmation letter at the on-site registration desk when registering during the conference.

Cancellation Policy

1. If the registration cancellation is made before April 30, 2024, no cancellation fee will be charged.
2. If the registration cancellation is made from May 1 to June 30, 2024, 40% of total paid registration fee will be charged as cancellation fee.
3. If the registration cancellation is made from July 1 to August 9, 2024, 75% of total paid registration fee will be charged as cancellation fee.
4. The registration fee will not be refundable if the registration cancellation is made after August 10, 2024.
5. Additional bank handling fee should be borne by the registrant for the refund.
